A week since debuting their first new track since last year’s album ‘Hold Fast’, ‘Bear’s Blood’, The Crookes are back again with the b-side, ‘Dance In Colour’.

The video takes a seemingly professional movie approach, unlike your standard live performance type, following an intruiging 50’s style after dinner conversation between the world’s best Adele lookalike and an overly suave actor. It’s completed by dialogue sticking closely to the sentimentally sad lyrics , something the band still excel at, both written by guitarist Daniel Hopewell, and makes for a very interesting watch.

The band are currently working on their third studio album however claim “we’re taking our time and have ambitious plans. It’s going to be loud” with no release date set yet.

Both ‘Dance In Colour’ and ‘Bear’s Blood’ are released on 27th May through Fierce Panda, following the band’s one off Scala gig on 21st May for the label’s 19th birthday celebrations alongside The Heartbreaks and Hey Sholay. Watch the video below:
